Last night, I stopped by 31st street to join in the celebration of Carol\u2019s Daughter launching their new Wash Day Delight Shampoo. We all know wash day: it\u2019s when we get rid of our protective hairstyles and treat our natural hair to some good shampoo and deep conditioning. Lisa Price, the founder of Carol\u2019s Daughter, has come up with a refreshing shampoo that actually makes wash day something to look forward to!<\/p>\n
The new shampoo transforms from water to foam, thanks to its infusion of micellar water and aloe. It lathers easily and works through the hair with a targeted applicator, which helps reduce tangles and rinses out quickly, leaving no residue. The event was attended by some fabulously styled guests. Pro hair artist @YnotKeeb flaunted her hair in a Becca Apparel African printed top and thigh-high boots. @Ashhnyc looked adorable in the Carol\u2019s Daughter Wash Day Delight Tub. @TaylorAnise was all about the texture, and @KeekzCurl\u2019s brown twist-out was absolutely stunning. Influencers @JaylaKoriyan and @RavenElyse looked lovely together, with Raven wearing a chic Hanifa top. I was also decked out in Hanifa, with my hair in a wet and wavy style for easy maintenance.<\/p>\n
I took a moment to congratulate Lisa Price on yet another fantastic product and complimented her on her stylish Argent suit. I might just have to get one for myself! I\u2019m really looking forward to trying out Wash Day Delight.<\/p>\n
